“Family owned and run hotel. This is right on the water at the juno beach pier. Has an attached restaurant that had extremely quick service with good food! 10min delightful walk to the juno beach center! Rooms are by no means sound proof and could hear others speaking in their rooms (mumbles not clear). The bed was comfy and room was small. Would certainly stay again if to do another euro trip!”

“The elderly couple who runs this accommodation are two of the nicest, sweetest, friendliest, and most helpful people you can ever meet. They give you the entire 2nd floor to yourself, including a bathroom, your own bedroom, and an office, and they cook you breakfast in the morning! The bathroom has a bath and shower separate, so pick whichever you like! They also give you a bunch of maps, booklets, and notes in your room of all the things you can do in the town and the surrounding area of……

“No bedding supplied - this is unacceptable. Listing on Expedia made no mention of this, nor of the extra charge. After making unrefundable booking, owner told me bedding & towels were not included and sent me to a property management website, which had no information on how to order bedding and did not reply to my message. I contacted owner prior to arrival and found that bedding was not available. Owner refused to provide refund. This was the worst experience I've had in over 10 years……

“The location was great. Right on Juno beach. Bedding was missing upon arrival. Contacted host twice via the contact host link (text via what’s app). No response and then I tried to phone but the number did not work. Finally just before 10 pm the host brought a sheet, 2 pillow cases, duvet cover, 2 towel, and one dish towel. The floor at the edges was dirty, missing extra toilet paper, fire detector sitting on counter. The hallway coming in smells terrible. We bought our own toilet paper and hand……
